Step back in time as you visit the W. R. L. Market housed in one of Shelbyville’s old downtown structures dating back to 1880. Learn about the building’s architecture and enjoy vintage décor that welcomes you to sit a spell – enjoy a cold drink and a sandwich from the deli or enjoy one of the daily specials for lunch. The interest in Shelbyville’s history brought the owner to this town with the idea of wanting to open a unique grocery store and sell the famous Watkins products – spices, flavorings, remedies and other unusual items. This market features many items that offer fond memories!
